I was messing around smartpagerank.com checking my PR. I found this new tool that really good for checking your backlinks. This tool not only shows the backlinks, it shows the PR strength too. I tried it and only 2 PR4 and 1 PR1 links. No wonder I lost my PR. Smartpagerank other tools are common used by bloggers to determine their blog PR strength and value.
